- Start in three guided steps: Connect Nexa to Wi-Fi, choose compatible text and vision models, then wake and test your companion.
- Choose the AI behind the experience: Configure text and vision providers independently, select the robot language, and update compatible endpoints and model IDs from one screen.
- Make the personality yours: Pick from six built-in personas—Nexa Default, Gentle Companion, Lively Partner, Technical Assistant, Kids Companion, and Quiet Butler—or write your own.
- See what Nexa sees: A low-latency camera preview runs on your local network. Preview frames stay in local memory; a single image is sent to the selected vision service only when a visual question requires it.
- Stay in control: Monitor the gateway, robot, AI services, and camera at a glance, with runtime logs available when you need to troubleshoot.
Local-first by design. AI credentials are stored on the computer rather than written to the robot firmware.
